At this year's Crown Jewel, instead of having a meaningless tournament to bestow a meaningless trophy on the winner, they're going to have one big clusterfuck of a tag team turmoil match featuring every team on Raw and SmackDown. The winners of said match will be declared "Best Tag Team in the World."
So yeah, don't be surprised to see someone like Hawkins & Ryder or the B-Team win this one. Why? Eh, I just have a feeling Vince would find it funny that a couple of jobbers are running around calling themselves the "Best Tag Team in the World" because they won a trophy. It'd give him a chuckle or two for a while, then he'd move on to whatever nonsense he's got rolling around in his head that he thinks is entertaining.
