View Full Version : Season 4 URGENT QUESTION

So I literally just realized we do not have scoring rules for the War Games matches. I have 2 options.

It's a 10 man, non-elimination Tag Match, score it as a tag match, with the person getting the fall getting double points (5 points for the team, 10 for the person making the fall, 2 for the losers)
OR
Score it like a Survivor Series match (winners team getting 10, person getting the fall gets 14, losers get 4)

I'm worried the first option lowers everyones value too much, but I'm worried the 2nd one is too powerful.

If its non elimination, I like the survivor series rules.

I agree with your assessment of the two options. However, between TakeOver and Survivor Series this is going to be a big bank weekend for a lot of the NXT roster. For those reasons I lean towards tag team with pinfall bonus.

My only downside to that is that people may have drafted with this week in mind. Plus a match of this magnitude should score higher than a regular tag team match.

We could split the baby and do 3 for losers, 8 for winners, 12 for getting the fall as well.

Sounds like best option.

I'm going with this route. 3 for losers, 8 for winners, 12 for the fall. While it is not an elimination match, the match itself is more than an 8-person tag match.
