Funny because they produce the best wrestling show on all of TV right now on Friday evenings. Granted I doubt it's even true (I highly doubt it they're taking over the show, they're just gonna be there for the relaunch).

And that's why it has been trending downward for a long ass time, and why they got their asses kicked in the ratings once AEW decided to compete with them on Wednesdays. Maybe if they got more involved a couple years ago it'd be a different story.
