My top 3 requests are to re-sign Mauro Ranallo to replace Corey Graves, re-sign Bray Wyatt and finally give him proper booking, and re-sign Sasha Banks and finally treat her like a megastar.

The Mauro thing isn't happening, Mauro wouldn't be able to do the constant road trips. Also he's a Play by Play guy not a color guy so he'd not fit with Graves. If he came back it would end up being for NXTUK, the only show that is taped (thus minimizing the road trips).

As for my 3 requests for the new boss (it's 4 but 3 and 4 kinda work hand-in-hand):
1. Re-sign Matt Cardona. Have him come back as Matt Cardona, not Zack Ryder, and continue his Championship Collector run he ahd on the Indies (Start with the NXT title, then get the IC or US title and then he beats Roman).
2. Change the format of the WWE Draft. Less rounds, allow shows to protect Superstars, and remove NXT from the draft. WWE should do a separate draft for NXT people (or better yet just allow them to debut whenever instead of being announced by a draft pick).

3. Officially merge the WWE and Undisputed Championships and Tag Team Championships (one title instead of 2). This will continue to make the US/IC Championships the highest ranking singles championship on the show.
4. Merge the RAW/SD Womens Championships, then create a Womens IC/US Championships for RAW/Smackdown. I want 1 Worlds Champion for the men, Tag Teams, and Women. They travel across Raw/Smackdown and even NXT occasionally.

Maybe space out the returns.

If Wyatt returns I'd rather him have a stable so he doesn't wrestle frequently. I can't be the only person who switches off when he does. Also, bring back cinematic matches just for him.

More characters.

1 night stories running through the show as part of bigger angles like when 'Taker and Kane destroyed everyone or when The Rock destroyed DX.

Merge the brands and have a cluster of 6 or 7 guys who could be champ at any one time.

Off the top of my head right now those could be Roman, Seth, Drew, Kevin Owens, Aj Styles, Edge, Brock and I'm sure there are guys I'm missing.

Do away with themed PPVs which would both bring some wow factor back to Hell in a Cell, TLC and Elimination Chamber. This could also help boost your blood feuds as these match types aren't diluted and the match isn't taking place just because the calendar dictates.

I honestly have nothing right now for Triple H, give him at least a year before anything.

Just a suggestion I have is having 1 All Women's PPV per year. I thought Evolution 2018 was good. I mean it can't hurt. Yea yea!

to re-sign Mauro Ranallo to replace Corey Graves

^ He gets it.

Only have 1 just now, different designs for each championship, drop the big W for the major titles.

Set designs. Not just LED screens.

100% agree. I've always thought the LED screens make it look too polished and I prefer a gritty look. It's probably down to saving money that they don't have set designs anymore, gotta appease those shareholders.

They have the same PPVs every year, give or take. They can make a Hell In A Cell or Backlash one and get 5 years out of it for me. They can even use LED boards so long as it isn't just a variation of a flat or arched screen.

There were some awesome sets back in the day. Armageddon 2000 is one that pops into my head straight away.

I'd like to see PPV's back at MSG aswell. There's something special about that arena with its short entrance ramp.

Short entrance ramp is most likely gone/different, as the building has been renovated since the days of the short entrance ramp.

But you're damn right they need to do an MSG PPV. They always treat MSG TV shows like a big deal. Put Money in The Bank 2023 at MSG (doubt they'll try a stadium again after the Vegas debacle).

I wish MSG was in my backyard.

Royal Rumble 2000 comes to mind. Excellent show.
