It's time for the biggest NXT show of the year, featuring "EL...IDOLO!" and The Dutch Destroyer duking it out in what should be a classic for the NXT title, the introduction of the North American title, with 6 huge names vying it out in a ladder match, a tense rematch between Ember Moon and Shayna Baszler for the Women's Title, a winner takes all match between the Authors Of Pain, Roderick Strong and Pete Dunne, alongside the NXT Tag Champions, The Undisputed Era and finally, the showdown almost a year in the making, Gargano vs Ciampa in an unsanctioned match in which Gargano has everything to lose against his former tag team partner, whether that be his NXT career, or his pride.

This was my original post, before I realised Sam had actually posted an LD before I'd even started working on my thread.

This was above my expectations, which were already pretty damn high. All six men worked their asses off and beat the piss out of each other and, as a result, made the NA Championship feel like it's worth fighting for.

Cole needed the win, arguably, more than anyone in the match so I'm happy.

For the last 4 or 5 in a row, pretty much. They do seem to be able to find ways to outdo themselves each time, or at least they have been. I thought the weakest match on the card was the tag team triple threat match and it was still extremely good.

Just finished watching the show and they just seem to go out there and put on great matches, great storytelling, and so much more. Of course the main event of Johnny Wrestling vs Project Ciampa was just marvelous. The match had some excellent wrestling and told one of the best stories between bitter old bffs. The ending was brilliant, marvelous, genius, glorious, and etc. It just shows that these guys knew what they were doing and exceed my personal expectations and my expectations were pretty high asf for Gargano vs Ciampa. Now I can't wait to see what happens next in NXT.

Also Adam Cole Bay-Bay and Undisputed Era are going to take NXT hostage now with Strong alongside them.

As is so often the case with Takeover, the card for this show looks incredible. As isn’t so often the case with Takeover, Wrestlemania looks very good as well. I don’t remember the last time WWE outdid NXT but maybe that can be the case tonight. You know, assuming NXT falls apart at one of these for the first time ever. Let’s get to it.
