So what are you currently listening to. Can be whatever. Album, EP, Mixtape or Single

Currently listening to Attila-Pizza

Yeah it's a metalcore song about pizza but the music is catchy and the lyrics are hilarious. I never understand the people who take Attila seriously. This song shows that they just do it for dumb fun.

The last couple of weeks I've been listening to a lot of Big Boi's solo/post Outkast work. Of course that lead me back to Outkast and it made me sad that Andre had to be all weird and drive them apart for a bit.

Eh Andre's been dealing with some mental issues over the years. I think he wants to stay out of the spotlight and just do his thing. They're still tight like brothers.

The NFL asked them to play the Atlanta Super Bowl after that mini reunion tour they did a couple summers ago, but they declined because the NFL had a huge list of things they needed to change in their songs and gave them a list detailing what they could and couldn't do. I love Hey Ya, but they basically wanted them to do a heavily edited version of that song and video the whole time. Could you imagine how amazing that could have been if they were allowed to be themselves though?

Fronz from Attila while a bit of a knob is certainly a motivated individual. Doing this, Attila and his clothing line, guy at least works for his money

Amy Lee can sing the god damn phone book and it would be awesome. The tour I saw is Evanescence and Lindsey Stirling, with a full orchestra.

The new album as a whole is rather awesome. It's got a couple new tracks, and they re-did a lot of their previous stuff replacing guitar/drums with orchestra (awesome) and electronic crap (not my cup of tea normally but it's good when backing talented musicians like it is here). They supposedly will be working on a proper new album after the tour is over.

The whole album is on youtube, so you can check it out there before considering spending money.

Shows how versatile the guy is when he can do an entire album of Italian pop songs from the 50s and 60s. I don't think I've ever heard anything by him I don't like

That’s kinda cool, but it’s not Japanese death pop cool.

The Blackkklansman Soundtrack has some absolute bangers, but nothing is moving me more than this hit from the 70s that I'd never heard before (I asked my dad about it and he told me it's actually sort of a 70s cliche at this point, but I still love it)

I have their last two albums they did with their new singer. Apparently people were complaining they'd gone soft etc etc. This song puts an end to that.

Listened it that much in Spotify this past week it's gone platinum.

Quality album if a little on the short side. 2 skits take it down to 11 tracks but they're all amazing. Top have have to be Fall, The Ringer and Lucky You.

To decide how good this album was I had to put a rating to his others and this brought me to an 8/10. The surprise factor and the shots fired add to the albums greatness. There's still clever lyrics that I'm only just catching onto even after listenejng everyday or the last week.

I'm not a massive Architects fan (I've got their last two albums) but damn do they know how to put a song together with a tasty riff. Also love Sam Carter's vocals and how his cleans and screams seem so seamless

I prefer bands that can play as well, or better, when playing live. Some bands go underappreciated because fans of music haven't seen how amazing their live performances can be.

One of the greatest live bands for my money is an oldie named Golden Earring, and their performance of the song "Twilight Zone" stands out for me.

The rock band Primus wrote a fun ditty called "Mr. Krinkle" and decided to throw together a music video for the song that is pretty trippy. The fun story behind the video is that the final version that's seen was only the second take. While normally such an elaborate production would run over a hundred takes, this one included a man who is on fire. That actor could only be set on fire four times in a day, so if they couldn't finish the video in four takes or fewer, the video wouldn't have ever been finished. MTV rewarded this freak occurrence of amazing art that was created under extreme pressure by almost never playing the video after debuting it.

Any-who, enjoy:
