So why would everyone beat up Elias during their entrances? There's no motivation for them to do so, but the script tells them to so they just do it. Another example of poor storytelling.

It was semi-comical to be real honest.

Because Elias is a bad guy who sides with Corbin. People don't like Corbin.

None of these geeks should beat Samoa Joe.

Ricochet pinning Strowman with the help of 2 heels is odd

These heels haven't been given any reason to dislike Corbin. Some of them ahve teamed with him before.

Also Cesaro helped Ricochet eliminate Strowman, and they're both rivals. Common sense isn't allowed in WWE.

Truth.

They have a better chance at being US Champion if it's not Braun. Totally reasonable logic.

Cesaro was already eliminated.

Cesaro was already eliminated.

So he never gets another chance ever again?

So he never gets another chance ever again?

I'll give you that. I'd think his rivalry with Ricochet would overshadow wanting to cost Strowman the title, but I get what you're saying.

Another question though - why walk away after Strowman was eliminated? Why not try to cost Ricochet?

I'd be interested in this match if it hadn't already happened.

I actually don't mind Lacey's character.

I actually don't mind Lacey's character.

It’s really the only true character in the women’s division.

He wanted Ricochet to win because Cesaro knows he can beat him.

Even though he lost 2 out of 3 matches, and none of them meant anything because they were both in the same position tonight.

Well, you're not wrong.

When anybody is given a real character anymore, it’s a breath of fresh air because much of the roster’s character is “I’m good at wrestling”.

Only time Drew was relevant was in 3MB and this is how he repays Heath.

We've seen 3MB and the Club tonight. At this rate, Jon Moxley is going to return and reunite the Shield.

I don't like the feud with Shane (or Shane in general), but Reigns has been much more enjoyable since WrestleMania.

Firefly Fun House was great as always.

Some fans want Bray Wyatt to return as the guest referee at Stomping Grounds. Fine idea, but I'd prefer to keep him away from Corbin.

Easily the best episode of Raw since WrestleMania. I'd give it a B.

Monday Night Raw
Date: June 17, 2019
Location: Staples Center, Los Angeles, California
Commentators: Michael Cole, Corey Graves, Renee Young

It’s the go home show for Stomping Grounds and egads they need to come up with something to bring some fire to the show. There are all kinds of tickets still available and while you could come up with a variety of reasons why, the biggest problem is the show doesn’t feel interesting. Maybe they can pick things up a bit tonight, but I wouldn’t get too excited. Let’s get to it.
