Tonight is the first night of the draft and The Fiend's first TV match. Let's get to it.
Rollins to SmackDown.
Let's get to it.
Drew/Roman stay put. Seth to SmackDown, Asuka stays put. Hurt Business stays put (best pick of the night so far).
Awesome match. Big E's push is one of my favorite things about wrestling rn.
SD has been on a roll.
So I'm watching Smackdown (TV), the WWE Watchalong (phone), and the Yankee game (Computer) all at the same time. All with sound.
I'm kinda losing track of who's saying what where. Pretty soon I'm gonna hear that Roman Reigns hit a home run and Gerritt Cole gets drafted to RAW.
NEW FUCKING DAY IS BACK!
I could be reading too much into this, but did Big E seem not too happy about Kofi and Woods being back?
^ That's the vibe I got.
I think WWE dropped the ball and doesn't have Adam Pearce reading the pics. Or even better Bruce Prichard.
I'm wondering if they are gonna split up New Day right now. Keep E on SD and put Kofi/Woods on RAW.
I was hoping for a barbwire covered floor and a live tiger inside a shark cage suspended above the Performance Center match.
Naomi got drafted ahead of Bayley. Bayley is the champion. How is that logical?
It's not, but these have always been pretty random
AJ to RAW

So the one thing they said is that if the champion switches brands the title comes with them.
I really want to see the Smackdown Tag Team Champions move to RAW with the belts, and the RAW Tag Champs move to Smackdown. Keep the RAW belts on SD and vice versa.
I'd draft Rhea Ripley. Don't get mad. Personal preference.
I'm really not sure about this
^ I agree.
Unlucky KB. We all saw it coming.

That's the talent left in this pool.
And why is it so bad that Lars Sullivan came back? What's wrong with that?
Yeah I'm not going there lol
Still don't care about The Fiend.
If we're not actually getting the match, why advertise it? I don't hate it, but it feels a little cheap.
Is it too early for Bayley and Sasha in the cell? The cell typically ends feuds, but Bayley and Sasha is definitely continuing.
It is really good to see Xavier Woods back in the ring.
OH SHIT NEW CHAMPS! CAN''T WAIT FOR DA PARTY TO PLAY SOME UNO ON UP UP DOWN DOWN NOW! Now we just need to get the UUDD Championship from Tyler Breeze.
This sucks.
By the way, the Smackdown Tag Team Championships are on RAW.
I'm glad they didn't have E turn on them (or vice versa).
And I really hope they told the talent beforehand. In some old drafts the talent found out same time as the fans.
If Otis is worried about losing his Money In The Bank, he should just cash it in next time the champ is around, then the lawsuit is null and void.
This feud has been going on for about 23487628937563894765 years. Early is hardly correct.
I'm guessing Bayley goes to RAW. Sasha wins the belt and the feud goes away (or better yet takes a break as I feel like they'll be connected in some way or another for the rest of time).
They've been connected forever, but heel Bayley and face Sasha have only been feuding for a few weeks.
Bayley/Sasha will be the female version of Orton/Cena. They'll be linked for their whole careers, we'll grow tired of it, they'll give it a break and bring it back.
I ain't gonna lie I thought Alexa and The Fiend were gonna make out right there and that would have been really weird.
Not a bad show tonight. Overhyped a bit but still pretty good.
Good show, but thank god this is over. the Yankees and Rays are tied at 1 in the 8th.

It’s a special night as we kick off the 2020 Draft. The roster is broken up into two pools so if you don’t see a big name mentioned tonight, odds are they’re only going to be available on Monday. This is always worth a look and we have Sasha Banks vs. Bayley for the Women’s Title as a main event. Let’s get to it.

I Got Emotional
Tonight's show was a weird one, but in a good way. There were a few legit surprises and a couple of letdowns. For instance, I was thrilled with Rollins going to SmackDown but Mysterio and his boy are on SD as well, so the feud is going to go on even though there's no reason for it too.
Bianca Belair going to SD is a good move because it's high time to start doing something with her. She's got too much ability to keep sitting on the sidelines on Raw while we're treated to week after week of Natalya and Lana, the most unnecessary female tag team in WWE history.
The official split of New Day was a huge surprise. My 14 year old niece LOVES them and really has since she was about 9 and she was genuinely hurt by this. They're a great trio who've worked their asses off but they've long since done all they can do as a trio who shares the tag titles. This also means that Big E's slow push as a singles star continues and I think it'd go even smoother if they started to leave out the New Day silliness and shenanigans. The FCA match with Sheamus was a lot of fun and there was some great physicality and Big E has the charisma to where he doesn't need to be silly without his "brothers" around.
I'm guessing the Street Profits will be drafted to SmackDown this Monday considering Montez Ford is married to Bianca Belair and because New Day, Kofi and Xavier, were drafted to Raw after winning the SD Tag Team Championship. I'm not really sure what the point of that is really. I mean...Kofi and Xavier could've gotten drafted without the SD tag titles and the Street Profits could drop the Raw tag titles to....umm...well to someone before they get drafted this Monday. Or, could this possibly mean a unification of the titles with WWE going back to one single tag division? Doubtful, but not impossible.
