I never understood why WWE didn't keep Charlotte PPV undefeated streak and build up towards a streak vs streak match with Asuka.. There was really no reason for Charlotte to lose her PPV streak.. Bayley wasn't red hot and she had already beaten Sasha multiple times..

I think a big reason WWE's popularity got so diminished from 2001 to 2014 was because of the PPV format. Who in their right mind would pay 60 bucks every month to watch a PPV? The PPV format is only applicable when you have some PPVs like 4 or 5 every year, so that they feel are special, not 12 to 14 PPVs every year.. I never understood how WWE didn't see this

If I could change the past.. I'd have Jinder beat Y2J for the US Championship after WM and then have the final match between Owens and Y2J be non-title.. AJ faces Orton and Bray in a triple threat match and takes the championship match.. Owens vs Styles begins and is for the WWE Championship. Everything stays the same, but instead of them feuding for the US title, they feud for the WWE title. Styles wins the feud and then continues his reign until Mania. Mainwhile, Jinder as US Champion runs through competition, until a big face dethrones him at WM.
I hope Roode goes on a losing streak and snaps and turns heel. I thought maybe last night was a small hint of it.

Looking at how simply WWE uses Roode, Styles, Joe.. I can't help but think that TNA was just trying too hard to control its own fate and the fans and compete with WWE and didn't really let the talent and their fanbase evolve..
