Elimination Chamber 2018 LD

To be fair, I totally forgot that it was on tonight...

Regardless, the road to WrestleMania continues for the superstars on WWE's red brand tonight. Amongst the attractions are two separate chamber matches, including the first ever women's Elimination Chamber match. We'll also find out who goes to on face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania for the Universal Championship and then be totally unimpressed when it is, invariably, revealed to be Roman Reigns...

Asuka takes on Nia Jax as well as Ronda Rousey's contract signing. The women's division is going to be especially highlighted tonight it seems.

Either way, this is a stop gap on the way to the big show with a few answers required for big questions. I'm staying cautiously optimistic that this might be somewhat entertaining.

I don't know if I'm ready for LD's on this side yet.

Never took part in a LD on WZ before, so I may just make my first appearance on here tonight.

Can't say I'm over excited but I'll be here.

So is this the show where they start going to four hours?

I don't think it will start until the PPV after Wrestlemania. I'm not 100% sure though.

Nailed it. The new schedule starts after WrestleMania.

That's good, because that would be too much Elimination Chamber for, I believe.

I don't know, I've always liked the gimmick of the elimination Chamber match. There has been a lot of great moments from the ones in the past. The gimmick of the match is enough to warrant a 40 minute plus match, I think. And when you've got two of them in the one night, I wouldn't be surprised if they both took up half the show. No surprise to me that the card is really small this time around.

I'm excited. I think we're in for at least one or two curveballs tonight - maybe Roman doesn't win the Chamber, maybe Sasha turns, maybe we learn Rousey's partner. Regardless, the Raw side of the Mania card should take shape if nothing else.
