John Laurinaitis has more 5 star matches than Daniel Bryan. Seriously how?
Anyone have any more?
I don't think that qualifies as a fact.
I wouldn't use that as a basis for a fact.
To be more clear, itâ??s not a fact that Daniel Bryan has never had a 5 star match and John Laurinaitis has. As we know, wrestling is subjective, and thereâ??s no fully objective way to rate matches.
However it is a fact that Meltzer himself never gave Daniel Bryan a 5 star rating but did to John Laurinaitis, a man known to most newer fans for being just a boring on-screen authority figure who also had a role backstage.
Laurinaitis was actually a pretty good in ring performer, he inovated a couple of moves while in Japan, he just didn't have an ounce of personality in his body. Outside of that, yeah, Meltzer's ratings are just opinions. It isn't like Bryan's lack of a Meltzer five star match is keeping him from getting a job or keeping people from claiming him as one of the best wrestlers of this generation.

I've read that Vince wanted to give Scott Steiner a major singles push, but Steiner turned it down as it meant no longer teaming with his brother Rick.
It's easy to forget that Scott Steiner was once a fairly reasonable human being who didn't wish death, destruction and pretty much any form of ruination on anyone he didn't/doesn't get along with. It's also easy forget that he didn't always have unbridled hatred directed towards WWE.
Vince had the foresight on Scott.

On the June 23rd 2003 episode of RAW, Kane broke a mirror out of frustration due to knowing that he'll have to unmask later on in the show.
Breaking a mirror is seven years bad luck. Here's a series of examples of how Kane doomed himself:
Click for Spoiler:
At the first Money in the Bank PPV on July 18th 2010, Kane won the Money in the Bank ladder match. Kane cashed in the briefcase later that same night, and defeated Rey Mysterio for the World Heavyweight Championship. This win made Kane the first wrestler in history to have been WWE, World Heavyweight, and ECW champion. This was also the first time anyone successfully cashed in their briefcase on the same night that they earned it. It was also the fastest cash-in in WWE history at 47 minutes.
Don't break mirrors!

Jeff Jarrett won more championships than Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan combined.
Raven won more championships than The Undertaker and Sting combined.
The only prowrestling tag team consisting of two real life sisters, other than the Bella Twins, are Xochitl and Ayako Hamada.
Click for Spoiler:
Jarrett also worked for his father for a bit and ran his own company so he got a lot of gimmie titles. Still an interesting note.
By my count of 22 gimmicks (and please correct me if I'm wrong), the wrestler with the most gimmicks in history was Stan Frazier. It's also argued that Stan Frazier holds the record for the fastest televised pinfall victory at 9 seconds. Also; his wedding to Joyce Stazko was one of only two genuine weddings to occur as part of a prowrestling program.

WWE.com posted an album the other week of red headed superstars and it didn't feature The Undertaker.
I shared this one on WZ, but I haven't seen anyone on here share it, so here goes:
Hogan and Sting have wrestled 1-on-1 a total of 14 times (that I've been able to find), and Hogan hasn't won a single one of them. Their match at Starrcade in 1997 had the result of Hogan winning thrown out due to accusations of a fast-count.
Bret Hart and Goldberg have fought a total of 4 times (that I've been able to find), and Bret Hart has won every one of those matches.
Cena's matches with Punk and Bryan are all time classics while no one remembers or talks about Punk and Bryan's matches against each other.
Another fun fact that I shared on WZ and haven't seen on here:
Dusty Rhodes is the only wrestler that I've been able to find that went undefeated in steel cage matches for his entire career.
