So I've found this is to run as Republican candidate and not actually for mayor. He won by 17 votes.
Austin will just win it back on TV tonight.
With it being this close, I can definitely see a recount in the near future. Either way, good for him. He should use the mayor position as a springboard for a Congressional campaign. Having Kane in Congress would be awesome, for so many reasons. I'd pay good money to watch Kane legit chokeslam Nancy Pelosi or Ted Cruz.
If only we get a new stable lead by Jesse Ventura, with Kane and Rhyno as the muscle, then my life would be complete.

I think the primary will turn out to be the biggest test of this election. Knox County is pretty deep in the red zone of Tennessee, chances are Kane has this.
