How about South Bend, Indiana. That's pretty Atlantic Coast.
Also, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona having a combined 4 schools in the Pac-12 is odd.
Texas having a school in the Southeastern Conference is odd.
Hell, New York having a school in the Mid-American Conference (Buffalo) is odd.

The Big 12 has 10 members.
At the end of the day, all the conferences need to change their names to remove any semblance of regionality or number of members. The only conference to do that is the original Big East, which became the American Athletic Conference.
