Oklahoma vs. Baylor could have serious impacts on the Big 12's chances to get into the playoffs.

I don't think the Big 12 is getting in this year, and I'm ok with that.

If Baylor wins out, they're definitely in. If it's between 12-1 Oklahoma or 12-1 Oregon or Utah, it could go either way.

Yeah, and we can't forget about Alabama. I wouldn't put them in unless a lot of chaos happens, but the committee has been very lenient towards them.

If the winner of Oklahoma vs. Baylor wins out the rest of the year, there's a really good chance the Big 12 will be in the playoff. If LSU loses in regular season or Georgia loses in regular season or SEC championship game, I'd say it is a near lock the Big 12 would be in (assuming the winner of OK vs. Bay wins out).

If LSU loses to Georgia in the SEC title game and both teams only end with 1 loss, I can see two SEC teams in the playoffs (though I still think that's a joke).

Outside of that, Alabama would need a lot of help if LSU beats Georgia.
