I can't see Navy dropping to FCS, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen.

With no access to the transfer portal or NIL, and no access to about 99.999% of the recruits thanks to service requirements. It is a miracle they can even play at FBS level (Navy especially being in the American Athletic Conference).
At the very least I think they're out of their depths in the conference.
