Nah they're all very good, and it's a very deep WR class.

What matters most with the WR class is it is deep enough that the Jets should be able to draft a Tackle at 11 then get a top flight WR in Round 2 (or worst case scenario jump back into the end of round 1).

with the Jets history, they'll draft another D Lineman that is supposedly the most can't miss guy in the draft, and they'll miss, like they've done 4 times (5 if you include Quinnen Williams last year) the past decade. I swear if they draft a Defensive player I'll flip my fucking lid. Hopefully Joe Douglas will not be like Mike McCagnan, John Idzik, and Mike Tanenbaum and actually draft offensive players in Round 1.

If for some reason Jeff Okudah falls to 11 (he won't) he is the only guy they need to even consider taking on that side of the ball. Maybe Isaiah Simmons, but thats more of a luxury pick. I think a solid tackle will help Darnold a lot. He isn't bad but holy fuck does he play like shit when he gets rattled.

That said, the ultimate LOLJETS moment is likely gonna happen and they will take Derrick Brown or Javon Kinlaw.

This year the 8-8 Steelers and 9-7 Rams were the two teams out, and neither of them deserved to be in.

At least itâ??s less than half. The NBA has 16 of 30 get in. Itâ??s a bad enough league these days and the 2 months of playoffs just make it worse.

No. I like Romo, but no announcer is worth that much money. I think this is somewhere close to what he made as the QB of the Cowboys.

Honestly Darnold is good. When you have about 0.3 seconds before multiple defenders are trying to murder you it is impossible difficult to discredit him.

And honestly I don't care if the consensus top defensive player is still available. They do that every year and it has worked once in the past decade (Jamal Adams is easily a top 4 safety in the league, and a cornerstone you build a franchise around for the next decade). Muhammad Wilkerson (2011), Sheldon Richardson (2013), Quentin Coples (2012), and Leonard Williams (2015) were all 1st round picks, and Wilkerson was the only one to get a 2nd contract, and he stopped trying when he got paid and got cut the next year.


The Jets can field an entire defense with just bust draft picks from the past 15 years. The above 4 DL (don't forget Vernon Gholston at #6 overall in 2008), Dee Milliner (2012 R1), Kyle Wilson (2010 R1), and Calvin Pryor (2014 R1) in the secondary, Darron Lee (2016 R1), Jachai Pollite (drafted in 2019 round 3, didn't even survive Training Camp, nor make an NFL Active Roster). As such, I'm not fond of drafting another defensive player, no matter how good the guy supposedly is gonna be.

To be fair, Tony Romo's agent is brilliant. His first deal was short so that if he sucked he could get out and into either a studio or coaching (or playing again). He actually is quite good (and deserving of being a networks #1), so now he gets a new contract at the height of his popularity, right when ESPN is gonna fix their booth and was ready to hand him a blank check. As such CBS handed him a blank check as well and he stayed where he's comfortable with Jim Nantz.

It seems like Tony topped out his cap # at $20M and his last contract had an average annual of $18M. But yeah, he's getting paid like a #7-#12 ranked QB, which is pretty much what he was for his career.
