The indies got away from doing anything character wise that isn’t some ironic meme shit. And then NXT takes those indie guys and doesn’t do anything to give them a coherent character, and then sends them up to the main roster completely unprepared for anything beyond a bingo hall.
They’ve had way more success with creating characters in people who have minimal or no previous wrestling experience. They have to get away from Triple H’s overly indulgent bullshit and get it back to actually creating suitable professional wrestlers. Leave the indie bullshit to AEGuaranteedtofail.
