Looking at it from a pure business perspective, this is a money match especially if you considered the history they have with each other in the UFC. WWE would be stupid not to capitalize on this as they need a big money match for mania next year plus i'm sure that lesnar would be more then happy to get a chance to get a win over valasquez since he's pretty much the guy that almost killed his MMA career in the first place.

This screams Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg 2.0 via WrestleMania 20 to me. Same reason why I never understood the love for a Lesnar - Batista match. You are all crazy.

Why not? This would make a lot of money, and it should be good if they keep it short.

Has anyone seen Cain wrestling in the WWE yet? How can anyone say it'll be shit or good when the guy hasn't had one match yet!? Stupid!
    Frank: Ludwig?!
    Goon: Drebin!
    Frank: Yeah, I'm Drebin!
Goon: I have a message for ya from Vincent Ludwig!
Goon: Take that, you lousy cop!
Frank: I'm sorry! I can't hear ya! Don't fire the gun while you're talking!

Why not? If it's a one-off, it could be weird, but if Cain is in for a run with WWE, why not?

    A) They are/should be built the same way in WWE storylines
    B) Lesnar is at his best when he is with someone who will bump for him
    C) Velasquez has little to no experience in a WWE ring
    D) I watched Velasquez knock Lesnar out in a real fight when both men were in their physical prime, why do I need to see it in a fake fight in a match which is not likely to be any good?

I can't believe you have no interest in watching two monsters bang on one another for 10-15 minutes. I imagine it would be fairly stiff and fun. I have to say, though - Cain looked like he has spent a looot of time on the couch lately...

I have little interest in watching an untrained monster take on a limited monster for 15 minutes.

Goldberg vs. Lesnar is/should be the blueprint for a match like that, but Velasquez does not have near the skill or experience of Goldberg.
