They said they had already eaten earlier. The questions I have about the whole thing:
1. Why were they eating in Cleveland?
2. How did Rusev know the restaurant? Was it just that Lana had wanted to go to that one place? Or does Rusev just have a solid knowledge of Cleveland restaurants?
3. Why didn't they leave?
4. How did the manager know Rusev was coming? Was he watching Raw in the back?
5. Lana really got into what looked to be a fancy restaurant in that revealing of an outfit?
