What PPV? An AEW PPV? Nope, a Stardom PPV in Japan. According to Meltzer, if you don't pay $10 to stay up past midnight and watch a wrestling show in a different language, you're not a true women's wrestling fan. So you have no right to call out Tony Khan for ignoring his women's wrestlers. That'll be $11.99 please.
Well he kind of has a point. UK fans have to pay more than that to stay up until 3/4 in the morning so watch ppvs.
And how is that relevant to AEW women's division?
Almost that involves "you're not a real fan if/unless" is garbage. When I was 4 years old, wrestling was my life. I had never paid to go to anything, never stayed up late for some indy show or anything else. Now was I not a real fan because I didn't know who the AJPW Triple Crown Champion was?
Statements like that only mean "you're not the same kind of fan as me". Unless I've missed it, there is no way to measure how much you love or are interested in something.
