But, of those listed, I'll go with AJ Styles. He was someone I don't think many of us expected to be used all that well and two runs as WWE Champion turned out to be quite arguably the best of the entire decade.

It has to be CM Punk's Run. Sure, even as WWE Champion he wasn't always the focal point of programs, however, he accomplished something that was historic and he had some major moments during that run. When he turned Heel at Raw 1000 (I think it was), from then on he was must see TV.
