I don't know a lot about Black Panther but I'm sure there's somebody who will take over the role. Has his sister ever become the character at any point?
The lead dying isn't going to stop a billion dollar franchise.

It's kind of morbid but Jake is right. They'll do a tribute to Chadwick Boseman but the franchise will keep going. They'll bring in a different character (maybe bring back Michael B. Jordan's character)
Still that's bummed me out. I thought Black Panther was serviceable but Chadwick Boseman was really good in it
That's a good list of movies to watch. Sad to see you gave Heavy Metal one star, it's one of my favourites, but I suppose it's an acquired taste.
And Firepower is hysterical in how bad it is.
"We are not entitled to our opinions. We are entitled to our informed opinions." - Harlan Ellison (1934 - 2018)
I used to enjoy it. Maybe I've outgrown it, maybe it was the 4th film of the day during lockdown.
Recasting T'Challa is the easiest option, but will undoubtedly be the unpopular decision, and it could kill the franchise as the new person would be reviled regardless of how good he is.
They could have another character don the mantle of Black Panther. I would think they'll likely have to delay the film considerably as it is slotted for the latter half of 2022, and would likely begin filming in the first half of 2021. Now they'd have to re-write the entire movie. Also the connective nature of the Marvel Films means that they will likely need to shift the long-form stories away from him.
Shouldn't be difficult. They didn't use him much in Endgame and Infinity War.

Has anybody seen Unhinged? What has Russell Crowe been eating?
Glad that pandemic is over. That was a close one, eh?

Perfectly enjoyable but dear god in heaven, that sound mix! I'm not sure what my ears did to offend Christopher Nolan but was it necessary to have the Helsinki Orchestra for the Legally Deaf do the score and the teacher from Peanuts do the dialogue?
I opted for Trolls World Tour over Tenet today.
