Yeah the Ulysses cut of Waterworld is pretty much 3 hours

The Arrow blu-rays are really good for getting alternate cuts of movies as well as loads of extras. Also a lot of the releases they've done restoration work so it looks better. The commissioned artwork for the covers is also really nice.

I've got Caligula, Donnie Darko and Pitch Black which come with alternate cuts while ones like The Thing, Big Trouble In Little China and 12 Monkeys have just been restored

I'd be interested in an alternate cut of Pitch Black.

    1. Drive My Car ★★★★★
    2. Licorice Pizza ★★★★
    3. Boiling Point ★★★

I thought Boiling Point's closing moments were really trite and let the whole enterprise down. I aim to compare and contrast with Beyond The Infinite Two Minutes. One Cut of the Dead is obviously cheating.

Also I started doing that letterboxd thing again for the first time since 2014: https://letterboxd.com/skeletalsam/

wait... there's a website that allows you to keep track of the films that you have seen? That's awesome.
IYO SKY, Shotzi, Bayley, Gigi Dolan, Alba Fyre, Asuka, Kayla Braxton.

    3. Beyond the Infinite Two Minutes ★★★
    4. Boiling Point ★★★

Of the two films that use the novelty of a single uninterrupted shot, I'd say Boiling Point is a lot more refined, but Beyond the Infinite Two Minutes is a lot more novel.

It's weird that film companies keep trying to push stuff like The 355 and 2019 Charlie's Angels when stuff like Anna and Colombiana exist and are good

    Bitterly disappointing.

I think perhaps I'm more of a Pan's Labyrinth fan than I am a Guillermo Del Toro fan.
