Yeah maybe I'm desensitized by now, but this seems like a fair list of people casual fans know and grew up on. A deep fried list, but it's one that has a few fond memories attached to it.

Yeah I did a poor job of wording that.

You did a poor job on commenting on things you haven't a clue about, as ever.

It was announced a little earlier today that Mark Henry will be part of this year's HOF class as well.

Mark Henry is someone that I think WWE wasted for much of his career. Starting in 2011, with the whole Hall of Pain schtick, talking trash to his opponents and just intimidating the crap out of them, Henry became one of the best things in wrestling for the next year or so. I always wondered why they hadn't gone down that road with him from the beginning, or at least a decade earlier, when they could've gotten the most out of it. By late 2012, Henry's body was starting to break down as he was becoming more injury prone; I mean, Henry had been lifting very heavy weights since before he was a teenager and had been extremely heavy all his life so that, coupled with age, saw him going downhill after he was doing his best work.

    Ah well, c'est la vie.

Henry is piss poor, if he wasn't then people would have more praise than simply stating they enjoyed his retirement speech and the Hall of Pain. That's very little impact in a long career.

Mark Henry is a fine member, if only for his fake retirement speech and Hall of Pain run. He was also one of the better World Champions in WWE history.

He wasn't even involved in the best World Championship run or feud of 2011.

    Stand up Christian vs. Orton.

I hate Kid Rock, but he's as deserving as any other celeb. Jarrett's a fairly big deal, so I'm fine with it. Hillbilly Jim? Nope. Not even close.

Goldberg is a good headliner. If you didn't watch him live in 98/98/99, you can't truly understand how big he was.

Kid Rock isn't as deserving as Mr. T or Trump, but it's the Celebrity Wing so there's no reason for anybody to get upset about it. Ultimately if he does an interesting speech he justifies his inclusion.

My point was I don't care about any of them. Then again, it's a HOF for fake wrestling, so I probably shouldn't care about anyone getting in.
