I've never understood the hate for Sheamus.

Neither did I. I'm guessing the hate is because of Jesse Ventura. He named Sheamus #1 Contender (through winning the Breakthrough Battle Royal) and Sheamus beat Cena in a Tables match to win the title in Jinder-like fashion.

Splitting up the IIconics to put Peyton Royce in a team with Lacey Evans makes no sense.

I've always liked him. There's nothing wrong with a mid to upper midcarder and that's about Sheamus' limit most of the time.
