I don't recall the Otis/Dolph Ziggler match being terrible. Otis won and got the girl. Not saying it was good but it was just there. Since it was a midcard match that's not really that bad.
The Bray/Strowman match from MitB tried to tell a story of Bray recruiting Braun again (and I have a soft spot for Firefly Funhouse Bray wrestling). The Fiend/Strowman match from Summerslam tried something different with tearing the canvas away and it didn't pay off as intended, plus it had the Roman return post-match.
Fiend/Goldberg was an atrocity. That gets the vote.
I don't even like The Fiend as a gimmick. I think the mask and outfit is unintentionally hilarious more than it is scary (I liked cult leader Bray for what it's worth.)
But yeah, the Goldberg match was a disaster in most every way.

With The Fiend/Goldberg match WWE got Bray back where he was before the reinvention in minutes. Hasn't been the same since.
