Karrion Kross was a very good example of "Vince doesn't get it." I don't want to go full conspiracy mode, but maybe he was buried to spite Triple H.
Eva Marie was a heat magnet and seemed like a perfect fit.
Nia Jax was a good monster heel, though not the safest worker.
Keith Lee defeated Randy Orton and then... nothing. Reportedly he had some personal issues. I'm not sure how much those factored into his release.

There's trimming the fat and then there's anorexia. WWE seems intent on the latter.
Is this some galaxy brain strategy to get AEW bankrupt by signing a bunch of these people? Or are WWE really in this shit of a financial situation? I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this was cost-cutting for an eventual merger. Question is, with who?
