For me this is a 2-person race.
Dolph Ziggler and QT Marshall. Dolph overstayed his welcome by about 8 years at this point and needs to leave the company. QT Marshall is the definition of bland and generic, yet is always on TV.
Dolph Ziggler had 38 matches in 2021. Marshall had 37.
I tend to always vote Ziggler here, but I think I'm going Marshall this year. I can see why they give Ziggler TV time as he's pretty talented. I don't see it with QT. Congrats Ziggler you get a year off.

The worst wrestler is someone who actively stands out as bad.
Karrion Kross' main roster run was a total disaster, but that wasn't his fault.
Dolph Ziggler doesn't stand out at all. He's not good or bad. He's there.
QT Marshall is my pick. I don't know what AEW sees in him.
QT isn't a bad wrestler, he's just boring.
