This is an interesting one for me.
Roman was the best in the world last year, so even if he got better he didn't get a lot better because that's impossible.
Brock has been awesome but similar to Roman was hardly bad.
Corbin will be a popular choice but he honestly has always been solid, he's just being booked different/better now.
For me the answer is Liv Morgan. She was the epitome of meh until she got a chance the past 5 months or so, and she's actually been quite good.
IYO SKY, Shotzi, Bayley, Gigi Dolan, Alba Fyre, Asuka, Kayla Braxton.

It has to be Roman Reigns surely. If you had one of those tier memes with Roman on there, he'd have been moved from good to elite.
His matches, his promos, his mannerisms have all gone to that next level this past year
