Liv Morgan went 37 minutes without an elimination. What's the point?

AJ Styles was eliminated by Madcap Moss... leaving us with Madcap Moss, Baron Corbin, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, Rick Boogs, and Matt Riddle. 4 heels, a meme wrestler, and 1 fan favorite. The fans need more to cheer for.

Our biggest surprises were Johnny Knoxville, Bad Bunny, Shane McMahon, and Brock Lesnar. 2 celebrities and the boss's 52 year old son who's (again) NOT a wrestler. Some of the most memorable Rumble moments of all time were the returns of legends (Booker T, Kevin Nash, Rob Van Dam, Roddy Piper). Did anyone need to see Dolph Ziggler last night instead?

My dad is as casual of a fan as you can be, and he correctly predicted all 6 matches, including Ronda's return, Roman screwing Lesnar, and Lesnar's Rumble entry and win. He doesn't read the dirtsheets or any sort of wrestling news/spoilers. The show was that predictable.

The Royal Rumbles were basically a slap in the face to people who watched and supported WWE all year. I genuinely loved WWE in 2021. Smackdown had one of the best years a weekly wrestling show's ever had (thanks Pat). Literally every PPV was good. I got behind a lot of wrestlers (RKBro, Big E, Kofi, Owens, Liv, Bianca, Sasha, Rhea). Now we're at the 2nd biggest show of the year, and none of those wrestlers did much of anything. The Rumbles were won by Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar, who are undeniably great wrestlers and huge stars but not exactly fan favorites.
