Why is Rondas second run not as good as her first?

She's a babyface and we all know she should be a heel. Simple as that. Also she's a face going against a face the people like more in Liv.
Her first run she was a break from Charlotte and the bridge to Becky. Now we're sitting here and there's more options higher on the pecking order that she's taking a premier spot from.
