I break it down to THREE ERAS. 1953-1963: Capitol Wrestling Corporation / 1964-1989: World Wide Wrestling Federation / 1989-PRESENT: Sports Entertainment Post Wrestling Era.
My top five picks for most charismatic wrestlers in CWC are: NATURE BOY BUDDY ROGERS; ANTONINO ROCCA; JOHNNY VALENTINE; BOBO BRAZIL; DR. JERRY GRAHAM.
My top five picks for most charismatic wrestlers in WWWF are: BRUNO SAMMARTINO; ANDRE THE GIANT; HULK HOGAN; SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM; RANDY SAVAGE.
After 1989 and Vinny, Jr.'s testimony before the New Jersey State Senate that wrestling was not a competitive sport, but a worked exhibition wrestling as we knew it for the last 100+ years ended and the modern sports entertainment era began. I do NOT recognize anything after 1989 as wrestling. That's my cut off point for what it's worth.

Anybody remember Billy and Chucks old manager? I think he worked with 3 Minute Warning for a bit as well before he went on to have a wildly successful tag career of his own with Charlie Haas.

    Rico?
If you ever attended a WWE live event (house shows and PPVs) which wrestler(s) did you buy a ticket to see? https://forms.gle/d5uh8iifDbfDBdDd8

Trish and Becky are about as up there as you'll get for women.
