But what's going to happen to make it a Triple Threat? Sami and Kevin appear to at least be on the same page right now. They're going to start to pull them apart enough in the next three weeks to want them to fight each other?

Hey, if Bryan won't wrestle.. how about RUSEV teaming with Shane? Rusev is over as hell and this will push him even more (and turn him into a legit babyface)

Edit: Or better yeat, Rusev Day (w/ Shane) vs Owens & Zayn and Byan as the ref.

Shane vs. Ziggler was a fairly big rumor just a few days ago, and WWE is known for treating Ziggler like a much bigger deal than he actually is. Maybe I'm just being cynical, but I wouldn't have been shocked if he was added to this angle.

As for the match at Mania, I think I'll just hold judgment until it happens.
