What a bad draw for Punk because there's no way he's going over Andre here. Andre is a bigger name, figure, and icon then 90% of anyone who's ever wrestled. Punk was well on his way to iconic status. Some would say that he even made it, but he's nowhere near Andre's level in the business.

As versatile in the ring as CM Punk was, I can't imagine him going for anything that could truly rock Andre's world. CM Punk couldn't even lift Big Show. He'd have to bring the giant down to do anything that could put Andre in danger, and even that seems a little unbelievable. Punk was a great talker, had me interested in what he was gonna say next, but in the ring was a different story.

Andre has a posse.

Nothing about Andre appeals to me, in truth, and I maintain that Big Show is a lot better than him, but that's relative, and viewed in the context of his time, Andre was very important. I prefer Punk, and would rather watch him for a week than Andre for an hour, but he's not as important.
