I thought it was before Smackdown, due to the Mixed Match Challenge, but I'm not at all certain. I'm not against us using it (not my call Papa Smark), but I wanted to throw it out there.

I mean I want some of Mustafa Ali on my team, dude is my favorite CW, but I realize the potential for shenanigans.

If the rosters are locked before Raw on Monday, and don't unlock until after it's taped how can one cheat though? I don't get it.
