At least they gave up on Luger fairly quickly. Reigns push is 4 years old and still going strong.

Yeah, that's what I mean really. There has been other superstars in the past that the WWE has had to try and sell. But I've never seen anything like this for such a prolonged period of time. And the worst thing is that the fans really fucking hate Roman Reigns. I don't see that ever changing. But the WWE are sticking to their guns and continuing to try. At a certain point they have to realise its futile right?

Well, you could also go with Dolph Ziggler then. Same with Billy Gunn as a singles guy.

Roman has talent though. He has shown to be very capable in multiple aspects of pro wrestling. Ziggler is really just a very poor mans HBK and Gunn wasn't much better. I rate him a little higher than you do, but yeah, he was a tag specialist through and through.

I do legitimately have to ask, why in their attempt to push him as a singles star did they match with with The Rock? Everyone knew Billy was a decent enough in ring guy, but there was a reason Dogg did the talking for NAO.
