TNA iMpact

Opener: Promo
Crowd Reaction: Lifted
Jarrett was in the ring with the cold opening. He was plain sick of rumors that he's afraid of Goldberg. In fact, he has asked him to come out and face him. Goldberg's music hit, and ...it's a little person impersonating him. Jeff took his time sizing the faux adversary and got face-to-face with him by getting on his knees. He told him directly that he's bigger than Goldberg. Regardless of what the fans think, the wrestling icon isn't facing him at Final Resolution. To make sure he doesn't even interfere, he has made his match with AJ Styles, "another midget", a Six Sides Of Steel Match. Only way to win is to be the first to escape. Jarrett continues taunting the mini-Berg when AJ Styles slid in and floored him. Security was quick to act, pulling the young star off of the owner of TNA.

Triple X vs. BG James & ???
Crowd Reaction: Average

BG James was back again with a mystery tag team partner aaand it's Kip James! The former Billy Gunn was in rare form, pinning Elix Skipper after The Fame-Asser. The New Age Outlaws are now in TNA as The James Gang!

Segment: Backstage Promo
Scott Hall was having a beer inches away from the soundboard, bringing up how the vacated TNA Legends Championship was up for grabs tonight and he planned to make that name mean something. Curt Hennig had always been the supporting cast wherever he went, whereas Scott Hall was important in bringing about the biggest moments in pro wrestling. He doesn't hold a candle to him, so after he finishes his drink, he's going to gear up and knock him on his less than perfect ass.

Segment: Interview
Todd Pettengill interviewed Percy Pringle about AJ Styles. Pringle reminded him that Jarrett didn't beat Styles honorably. That no matter what weird groups Jeff finds himself in, or what enemies he makes along the way, he can't defeat the future for long. Pringle sincerely thinks Styles will be the biggest star in TNA one day. Only a matter of time. Maybe it will happen inside the cage.
