    Arn Anderson Gone From WWE?

There are several reports out stating that Arn Anderson and WWE have parted ways.

There aren't any details as of right now but it's extremely odd given that they'll be having a segment on Raw this Monday celebrating Ric Flair's 70th birthday. Anderson's worked as a road agent since 2001 and has appeared every once in a blue moon on WWE TV in some sort of backstage segment. There's speculation that this came about, in some way, due to the recent influx of road agents like Chris Parks, AKA Abyss, Gregory Helms and Daivari.

If true and if Anderson was just suddenly let go by WWE, then this is definitely a dick move. Anderson's obviously been loyal and has a lot of connections within the company so maybe, if he truly is gone, then he asked to be released or it was some sort of mutual thing.

Hopefully he's done something sleazy and we can have a scandal.

Reportedly it was due to WWE wanting to move in a more youthful direction.
If you ever attended a WWE live event (house shows and PPVs) which wrestler(s) did you buy a ticket to see? https://forms.gle/d5uh8iifDbfDBdDd8

Considering they just hired Bruce Pritchard I'm going to go ahead and discredit these rumours.

Prichard was hired for Creative, not agent.

True, but I stand by my hypothesis.

The latest word going about is that it stems from some issues between Double A and Vince McMahon, at least according to Meltzer. The two of them have been butting heads for a while now over various things with tensions building including, allegedly, Anderson often supporting talent when they criticize a poor creative decision. The report further alleges that something also went down recently at a house show that Vince didn't like and it was the final straw and, apparently, Anderson isn't too broken up about being let go.

Anderson's really well liked by a lot of people in WWE including Triple H, Cena, Taker and numerous others who've worked with WWE over the years so aside from the shock, it's also not a popular decision.

He'll be back within a year, probably in NXT in some capacity (trainer, producer, maybe even as a GM figure if Regal needs or wants to step away)

It's professional wrestling. If they both want to work together again somewhere down the line, it'll happen.

If that is the truth about VKM and AA butting heads, I would not be surprised if AEW picks him up as an agent. They already have Billy Gunn, so AA would be a nice addition.
