El Santo's cameo in Coco is definitely worth bringing up.
Not exactly unusual, but I always get a laugh at Nacho Libre with Ramses being played by Silver King.
More to the topic though, I can't remember what show but during a montage they were playing the first Hardy Boyz theme.
Edit: Apparently it was also used in Season 5, Episode 9 of Jersey Shore.

It's not the weirdest, but I went to an AHL hockey game a couple years ago and the players came out to the Nexus theme. Thought it was awesome.
That same team now plays Glorious Domination when they win, sadly they never win when I go.
