Well, he already lost his Cas Shield endorsement, and I would be incredibly surprised if he shows up on AEW (or any other major promotion) any time soon. So yeah I'd say he is getting held accountable. Not to mention there was a lawsuit at the time.

It's not really woke, it's more along the lines of not appreciating sexual assault, and hating on people who think sexual assault is nothing but a joke. And if you're of the type that thinks it is nothing but a joke than you sir are a shit human being.
