    So, my time settings are GST + 5.5 but the time I'm actually getting is GST +5. Even at the bottom, it's GST +5.

    If you go to general settings, you can manually override the timezone setting. If it is set to auto, then it automatically detects the setting based on your device location, but there is an option to turn that off and set the timezone yourself.
